I’m disappointed to give this hotel just 2 stars. I've stayed here many times before, and it used to be fantastic. However, the service has declined significantly, the cleanliness is lacking, the AC wasn't working, and the breakfast was terrible. It’s a shame to see such a once-great place fall so far.

Overall decent. It did feel weird however, that my colleague who checked in together with me got an update to king size bed on 19th floor while I got my regular at 6th. Furthermore, I had issue and tried to order amenities for about an hour through the QR code before I gave up and went to bed. It went well when calling in, but in my opinion perhaps that shouldn't be necessary if you have an online alternative that is supposed to be working. My first stay was 5/5, this time around, could have been a bit better.

The location was excellent, very convenient to station and public transit, and staff were helpful. The breakfast was ample, though we wished we didn't have to pay extra for espresso. There seemed to be a noisy bar scene downstairs some evenings, but it didn't affect the rooms or sleep. We were amazed for the price (nearly $500 in the "Sky" category) how cramped the room was.

Convenient gem

Great hotel, perfect location convenient to everything in Copenhagen. Bus, train and metro stations within short walking distance. The Hop On Hop Off buses pickup in fro t of hotel also. Across street from Tivoli, short walks to almost every museum and sight. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Everyone talks about how good the breakfast is and they are right! We lived it
