2 of us but only 1 gown & 1 pairs of slippers were provided. Dirty cups were left in the room without ever being cleaned, 3 days! Linen trolley left in front of our room most of the stay! Restaurant staff refused to let us sit in the boot seats and breakfast table we wish to sit on! Restaurant was half empty! Breakfast for last day were not packed for early morning departure as requested (very poor service) A friendly smile was hard to find with service staff!

The bar, restaurant and cleaning staff was excellent, the bar staff ensured I learned about some of the local things to do while Efi at breakfast was friendly and welcoming and to the the cleaning staff - Sandra always made sure my room was immaculate. Good conference or business hotel

Great stay. Good location if you like to swim or run though it’s far from central attractions by comparison. Overall the stay was fine but I did notice the spa area wasn’t well cleaned or maintained (often flooded) and there was poor security (when I asked for a new key twice no one checked my ID). F&B is fine and reliable but not very inventive or Danish. Coffee in lobby was often cold and guests should be given access to the espresso machine / not have to pay for it. Bikes are convenient but very overpriced. Many conferences and things happen there so lobby is often busy.
