Formerly the beloved home of Vanessa and her family, Villa Nessa radiates with their love and warmth, creating an ambiance that embraces you from the moment you arrive. This two-story villa seamlessly blends elegance and tranquility, adorned in soothing hues that mirror the natural surroundings.

With six spacious double bedrooms, including four with queen beds and 2 with king beds, Villa Nessa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The king beds can be transformed into singles, giving you options. The versatile lounge can also transform into a king size bed (it is not a sofa bed -it is a couch), offering flexibility for larger groups (14 guests).

Awaken your senses with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee from the barista-style coffee machine in our executive kitchen. The Neighborhood:
Only 1 hour from Hornsby. The house is situated at the foot of the Watagan Forest which is full of walks. The closest township is 5 minutes away - Cooranbong and the Elephant Shop! Only 10 minutes to Morisset and Lake Macquarie for fishing, walking or paddling. 25 mins to the Hunter Valley - buses can be hired locally, 25 mins to Toronto. 10 mins to Morisset. 15 mins to Trinity Point - 8 at Trinity a High quality restuarant. Trinity point also has a marina if you want to bring your boat up to Lake Macquarie.

Getting Around:
It is necessary to have your own car there is no public transport here.

Please note, check in options are different for weekend bookings. You may check in Friday from 10am (please confirm as this may not be available during school holidays) and check out Sunday up to 6pm. Check-in on weekdays will be from 2 pm, and check out before 10 am.
