Conveniently located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Cooperstown Village, it is less than 10 minutes to the Cooperstown Dreams Park. Visit the nearby Clark Sports Center for swimming, running, rock climbing, bowling, basketball and more.

Bateman Cottage has a 450 square foot wrap around deck - ideal for outside dining and enjoying the natural beauty of the area. The open floor plan is comfortably furnished with contemporary décor. Sliding glass doors lead from the kitchen and dining area to the open deck. The contemporary kitchen is truly a chef's delight.

Two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a twin bed. A game room with a Foosball table is located on the lower level
