Overall a good experience. Reception was very helpful after a long drive with sick baby. Slightly out of CBD (up the hill). Beds were not very comfortable. Family room had all of the facilities you would expect. Fairly expensive

A fantastic room for a family of 4... huge! And clean.. two TVs with Netflix too! It's better than the hotel we stayed up in at the snow! My kids wanted to go back to the room here!

We stayed in a medium family room, which we found very spacious compared to other Motels in the area, Perfect for a small family. Great location and very quiet, I will definately be back to stay again.

It’s a basic but nice room. Has a microwave, smart TV, mini fridge, ironing board and AC. Arnotts biscuits are a bonus. A little dated, but you can say the same of virtually all lodging in Cooma and Jindabyne. Overall a pleasant stay.

Shaving cream in the dispenser is a great idea. Wifi is nice and fast. Our room faced the main road, so the road noise was significant.
