Noisy and not very clean

The public areas of the hotel are lovely, it’s a good location and staff are helpful. The room however was sub standard - the towels were full of stains, the bathroom was awful (full of mould, limescale, rust all over the taps and shower head, yellow spots covering the ceiling), the furniture in the room had lots of marks/stains and chunks taken out of the wood, plus the bed/pillows weren’t comfy at all. Lastly, it is SO loud..all through the nights there were couples shouting and banging, TV’s blaring and doors slamming. The view was shoddy as well. Overall we wouldn’t stay there again.

Terrible bar service, waited 1 hour for kids meal. No cutlery or napkins when food arrived. Another 5 min to get them. Poor breakfast selection of you don’t want to eat a fry.

Nice hotel but very noisy

Stayed for business. Single traveller was disappointed to be put next to a room with an interconnecting door which had a family of four next door. I knew there were four of them because I could hear them all all night! I complained on multiple occasions to the Desk who said they would send somebody up but the noise continued throughout the night. At 6 am there alarm went off for a minute And continue to go off every 15 minutes. Again I called the Desk and nothing happened the alarm continue to go off for the next hour every 15 minutes. I banged on the interconnecting door. Disappointed, I’m not getting a good nights sleep. The hotel is beautiful and The food was excellent and the stuff were awful very helpful and courteous however they did not resolve my issue and I was disappointed. Was given a free breakfast but If I had wanted cheap accommodation, I would have stayed at a cheap hotel. This was not the service I would expect from the Hilton.

We stayed here when coming to Belfast to watch the ice hockey at the arena. The walk to the arena is really easy and in pleasant surroundings. Everywhere is easily accessible from this hotel and the bus from the airport drops off just a few hundred yards away at st George's Market. Our room was spacious and clean and nice and quiet. We ate a lovely meal in the restaurant when we were too tired to venture back out for an evening meal and breakfast buffet was also very good. All the staff were excellent. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

The staff was friendly immediately upon arrival, from the guy that checked me in, restaurant staff, to the gal that checked me out and helped me with my parking ticket! I had been to a few other hotels before this one for my travels and none of them could be bothered to even say hello. Such a friendly clean stay!
