Room was very unsanitary and dirty aunts were everywhere even in refrigerator and microwave. They were in our food and luggage. Complained to staff just said sorry changed our room and next room was just as dirty said there was nothing they could do cause we rented our room through Expedia.

The breakfast was terrible. The fruit was rotten and actually had flies on it. They didn't keep the food restocked and it didn't seem to be fresh. The room was okay, but definitely better places and cheaper. I was really disappointed in this hotel because usually this is a good brand.

The staff was amazing & so kind. The room was disappointing. Both chairs in the room were stained & dirty. The shower had mold growing above it & the room had an odor of old urine when walking in.
