The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very clean. Needed minor maintenance but nothing major. I absolutely loved the shower, water pressure was perfect and hot. The staff was very pleasant. Overall I was able to get a great night's rest after driving 15 hours to bring my son to school. Also the breakfast was good as well.

Looks were very decieving..

Looks were definitely deceiving. Location was ok, close to shopping and all kinds of places to eat. Would not recommend staying here. Breakfast was the same the 4 days we were there, walls are paper thin, doors have a gap where light from the hall gets in..Not once did room service come to our room to clean or ask of we needed anything, I dont even think they came to any of the rooms past ours either. The front desk lady in the late evening was just rude. My husband the first night we were there was sure they had a baby monitor of some sort set up down stairs because from the 2nd floor (our room) at the front desk he was sure he heard our child crying through what sounded like a baby monitor as he was going to the car.The hot tub literally sat only 4 average size adults. No more than that at all. The pool was "78°" supposedly more like 58° was to cold for anyone to enjoy.

This was one I was the worst Country Inn and Suites we’ve stayed at. The room hadn’t been wiped down very well and the floor had lots of stuff stuck to it. The breakfast is usually good at this chain, but at this particular hotel, it was horrible. We didn’t eat anything. If you are expecting what you’ve gotten that other Country Inns, you will be disappointed.
