Holiday Home 'Chalet Fuente2 Shared Pool Family' with Shared Pool and Air Conditioning

Rural house for six people with a communal pool.



The house has three bedrooms: two with two single beds of 90 cm each, and one bedroom with a double bed of 135 cm. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower tray and another with a bathtub, as well as a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.



The house features air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms for your comfort.



The garden is private and has a barbecue. The only shared area is the pool, which is shared with four other houses.



Parking is located right next to the house, inside the villa.



The location is at the entrance of Conil, two kilometers from the center and the beaches. It is recommended that you use a car to reach the center, with an estimated travel time of five minutes.



The pool will be closed during the low season months (from November to February, inclusive).



The accommodation is only rented to families and couples. Groups of young people are not allowed. Parties or bachelor/bachelorette celebrations are strictly prohibited.



Please note that during your stay, government regulations on water usage may apply, which could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage.
