Casa Giovannina is a charming fisherman's house with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, positioned on the rock tongue of the famous Capo di Conca. It enjoys two large panoramic terraces, overlooking the sea. The location is strategic: away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, but close to the main points of interest!
The house is organized on one floor, which includes:
• Large panoramic terrace, equipped with barbecue, outdoor furniture (deck chairs, tables for outdoor dining).
• Seafront patio with lounge chairs, garden lounge and outdoor shower
• Living room with dining area and double sofa bed
• Panoramic (open) veranda with table and chairs
• Fully equipped kitchen - without dishwasher - with dining table
• 1 double bedroom (bed size: 160x190) with access to the front patio and sea view
• 1 single room (bed size: 90x190)
• 1 bathroom with large shower

Casa Giovannina
This is a great property. The view is stunning and for that part of the coast the apartment is easy to get to. The beach is another story but the entire Amalfi coast has tons of stairs. Loved the outside shower. Only complaint is that it is not close to a market unless you have a car. Would absolutely stay here again.

très beau logement
Depuis les préparatifs de l'arrivée jusqu'à notre départ, tout s'est déroulé parfaitement. Stefano a été d'une très grande aide.
Le logement était très propre et très bien agencé. Situé dans une partie calme de la cote amalfitaine, il était tout de même très facile d'accéder rapidement aux sites les plus touristiques.
La vue du logement était fabuleuse.
Nous avons très envie d'y retourner.

Himmlisch schöner Blick
der Check in verlief leider sehr holprig, hatten an dem Treffpunkt über 30 Minuten gewartet und konnten die Kontaktperson auch nach dem 3 Anrufversuch nicht kontaktieren, es stellte sich heraus, dass die Mitarbeiterin gekündigt hatte. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht im Wohnzimmer, wurde nach 3 Tagen behoben, Strom fiel 2 mal aus und der gewünschte Parkplatz konnte nicht reserviert werden, Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Lage und Blick war sehr, sehr schön, wenn auch manchmal etwas laut, Amalfitana liegt nur 80 m. entfernt.
