Perfect location, by itself Comillas is a very quiet location but this area is privileged; Two gardens: one front communicated with the kitchen of about 12 meters and another rear with sea view, (beach of Comillas to scarce 200 meters), with entrance from the living room of about 25 meters; 150 meters from the Marqués de Comillas park and the Mirador de Santa Lucía, 7 km from the natural beach of Oyambre, 10 km from Santillana del Mar, 12 km from Suances, Camino de Santiago, 14 km to the forest of Secuoyas, 10 Km to San Vicente de la Barquera, 20 km to Torrelaguna and 35 km to Santander and Cabarceno Natural Park. Sea Views And Gaudi And Picos de Europa
We stayed 5 nights in October. Unfortunately it rained some of the time, but we still managed to find good places to eat and things to do.
Our host, Jorge was extremely helpful both before and during our stay. He provided lots of information before we arrived on places to eat and visit.
Undercover parking was really helpful to load and unload the car, tho beware there are stairs.
If you are going in summer, the beach is just across the road, and down a few more steps.

Comillas Flat
This property was a fantastic base to explore Comillas and the surrounding areas of Cantabria. You can be on the beach or in the centre of town in 5 minutes.
The property itself has everything you need and is extremely comfortable. The garden has a good outside eating area and a lovely view of the sea and port. Our children (12 & 9) loved the swimming pool and the underground car parking was a brilliant facility.
The owner has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay. Thank you
