We were in town for my son's Turning Blue Ceremony and OSUT Graduation. The property is as described in the listing. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to anything you need within a few minute drive and conveniently located near Fort Benning.The bedrooms are a little small but cozy and accommodating. The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable. One thing that I was looking for was outdoor seating and there is plenty out back between the patio table and the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. I enjoyed being outdoors during our down time in between excursions. There are wooded lots behind and to one side of the property and it was very relaxing to sit out back in the fenced in yard and listen to the birds.I was not a fan of the claw foot bathtub. It was OK for us but I would not recommend it for the elderly or anyone with physical limitations. The master bath had a better shower.Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive. We had no issues. I would recommend it.Thank you for hosting us.

We enjoyed our stay if I could give this property a 10 star I would the host was very easy to work with the neighborhood was quite everything was easy to get to from this location we stayed 4 nights and 5 days our solider had family day and turning green he was able to relax and feel right at home it had plenty of room and everything if anyone has a soilder and needing a place to stay I highly recommend this property if I have to come back I will most definitely check to see if this property is available 1st

Was in town for our son's graduation and made a week of it. You could not ask for better place to just seat around and RELAX and spend quality time together and make homemade meals. All the comforts of home!!! This place is fabulous and highly recommend. Planning on coming back in the near future and staying if available.

Overall this property was fine. Our stay was short - Wed pm to Sun am. We were there for our son's Infantry grad so were on the go quite a bit. We arrived on Wednesday evening and proceeded to get ourselves settled. We used Grub Hub for dinner since we were all tired from the drive. The place is small, but cozy-plenty of seating for the group. We noticed in the master bathroom that the toilet paper holder was not installed properly. The wall had been partially painted so it was recently repaired, however, it was barely hanging on. On Friday morning, we left early again. When we got home, the lawn company was mowing the yard. However, it was left extremely messy. The firepit area was a mess, and the chairs were filthy. The cushions on the chairs at the grill were dated, faded, & had bird droppings on them. Some were on the ground and a chair was missing them altogether. Saturday, we opened the grill to make dinner and it was dirty and rusted out. The space, advertised as a benefit in the listing, was unusable. I did reach out after we returned home, but was told I needed to contact them during the stay. Honestly, at such a late time in our trip, there was nothing to be done! If you advertise outdoor space as a benefit, it should be clean & useable. We expect a home to be as advertised and spend out trip addressing issues. These were clearly not from the last guest-it was from ongoing neglect. The kitchen WAS nicely outfitted with quality items. Location was great!

Highly recommend, just perfect!

Came for my sons TG at Ft. Benning. Its like home away from home! Very nice quiet location on a cul de sac. Anything you need down to a wine opener. Very comfortable beds, room to relax. Check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely book again. Thank you for great place!

Wonderful place to call home for a bit. Very responsive hosts!!

We stayed 5 nights and truly enjoyed it. I have nothing negative to say at all. Would book again in a minute. I needed light bulbs and they were immediately brought over. I do have a few suggestions but nothing that would hinder my return if we come back again. We found most everything we needed. The claw foot tub was wondeful and I really enjoyed a long hot soak. The neighbors were all cheerful and friendly of theh saw us outside they smiled and waved. We cooked and enjoyed this home as if it were our own. It was nice to find laundry soap, dryer sheets and other things to use. Foil. Seasonings etc in the kitchen. We are leaving our extra paper plates and utensil. Suggestions or improvemet/ things to note...I could not find trahsbags. The washing machine needs to be leveled it makes quite a racket banging around during use. The bathroom window could be opened whether in the locked or unlocked position. Lawn needs to be mowed prior to guest arrival. The front screen door is without a spring or connection so if not very careful it will fly open hitting the fan on the porch and remain open if not deliberately closed. There is a beginner trumpet player next door that practices a couple times a day...it made us chuckle but it is something to note....all of these things were minor issues and easily corrected before the next guests arrive. Again overall I truly give this place a 5. Close and easy navigation to Ft Benning activities and plenty of other places and food options.

Turning Green getaway

My Son Loved it for his Turning Green Ceremony

I visited from Beverly Hills, California and the place was just perfect!! Super cozy yet spacious. The greenery next door was beautiful. I loved drinking my morning coffee outside listening to the birds chirp. The home clean, with a full kitchen, plenty of towels, beds super comfortable. My son turned Green ARMY and loved the place. Thank you!!

Meet expectations

We had a great stay overall, but I do want to share two concerns. First, the extended stay policy felt a bit unreasonable—adding an extra night cost me 113, but I was told extending by just one hour the next day for a Zoom call would cost 100. That didn’t quite sit right with me. Second, guests are required to wash their own dishes before checkout, which makes me wonder whether the cleaning process is as thorough as it should be between stays.That said, the home itself met every one of our expectations. We were in town for a military graduation, and this house was perfect for hosting our family. It’s well-equipped, spacious, and has everything you’d need for a comfortable, memorable gathering.

Second Stay

Overall, property is great. It was clean and easy check in/out. Everything worked. Suggestions for improvement: more plates and bowls. There is only service for four. Extra blankets. There is only what is on the beds and we wanted extra. The water pressure in the showers isn’t super great. Pillows and mattress are very firm. That’s just a fact, not a criticism. This was our second stay and when we come back in the summer we will stay again.

Quiet and Clean

Overall: We had a wonderful stay. Would book again. We stayed for our son’s Army ceremony and family weekend. We spent a lot of time at the house and it was perfect for us. PROS: -Great communication with the property management company. We arrived very late at night and the electronic key pad wasn’t working so we couldn’t get into the house. I called the phone number provided and within 10 minutes we had access to a lockbox with the house keys. The next day they replaced the battery in the electronic lock. -The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items, and we cooked a lot so that was important. -Clean and updated. There are a few signs of hastily done paint-jobs and random nails holes in the wall, but overall it was very nice. It was very clean which is the most important. -Very quiet neighborhood. We live in a densely populated area of CA and we couldn’t believe how quiet the area was. We took a walk and didn’t see a soul. It was so calming and very relaxing. -We didn’t use the outdoor fire pit but we did use the grill and there was plenty of propane. -Love the front porch sitting area. You Should Know: -A train runs in the wooded area near the property and went by honking its horn late at night and early in the morning. It woke me up but I am a light sleeper and it didn’t bother anyone else. -The floor goes up and down, and I'm not sure if that's common in GA. -Only dishes for 4 people; could use more. -Some light bulbs are harsh and too bright

DO YOUR RESEARCH - pics are deceiving

PROS: *Property mgmt is very responsive. *If ALL you want is four walls and a comfortable bed - this is for you. CONS: property mgmt is very responsive - UNTIL you have an issue that requires a resolution. Neighborhood/location. ROACHES. NOISE. Not the best neighborhood - located next to a house that is constantly "entertaining". You cannot leave any windows open for the constant influx of pot smoke from said house. Constant yelling/cussing. As two women - we did not feel safe. The outdoor patio was virtually not usable for the amount of roaches scurrying around. Speaking of roaches - they found their way inside and were plentiful. We killed several and there were several that couldn't be killed before they ran into the cracks in the baseboards. They were falling out of our towels hanging on the bathroom door. Thinking this was "normal" for a southern climate - we put up with it for a couple of days. When property management was contacted - they assured us this was NOT normal and they would come to a resolution as "my satisfaction was their priority"...fast forward to days later and they are STILL "trying to come to a resolution". At that point, I had been holding off on writing this review in hopes that they would do the right thing. I gave them a time frame to "come to their resolution" and then informed them at that point if there wasn't a resolution, I would write this review. Be cautious if you value how your money is spent.

TG Ceremony

The property had everything needed to be able to relax with our soldier in training who had a weekend pass. Grill, fire pit and close to grocery store. Quiet neighborhood at end of cul de sac. Felt comfortable going for long peaceful walk. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect cottage stay!

This property is beautiful. It’s located on a very quiet, and safe dead end street. It was the perfect place to stay for our Son’s military graduation at Ft. Moore. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.
