Beautiful 4 bed 2 and a half bath in desirable MidTown! Large covered front porch and welcoming entry foyer greet you in to experience this spacious and entertaining home! Kitchen has plenty of space to cook
especially with double ovens, and adjacent dining space for all guests to enjoy! Two living areas to relax or catch up on Netflix. Upstairs you'll find 4 great size bedrooms, one being a master suite with sleeper couch! Fenced back yard with a table and chairs for 6 and detached garage for covered parking.

The Space:
Full access to the historic home.

Guest Access:
The entire home and yard is available for your enjoyment. We use a coded access, the panel is on the front door.

The Neighborhood:
Lovely mature residential area in the historic Wynnton Grove area. Great for outdoor activities like walking and biking. A very short walk to the popular Lakebottom Park.

Getting Around:
Mary Ann is a 10 minute drive to the downtown area where you will find great dining, shopping and entertainment. If you are in town for military activities, Fort Benning is only a 18 minute drive. Close by you will find normal convenience's such as grocery stores, coffee shops and shopping.

There was absolutely no hot water. We came in straight from a funeral visitation and EVERYONE was wanting to shower. Another thing was there wasn't clear instructions on turning th downstairs heat on. It was in the 40's outside temperature. The owner of the house stopped all communication with us until the next day. He wasn't helpful at all which left us very frustrated. He did finally send a heatingand air technician the next day very late morning. He flipped a switch and the water became lukewarm...never got. When the plumber came to check out the wall mounted water heater he told us the owner was aware of hot water issues for a while. The house was exactly what we be exed with plenty of beds, nice neighborhood and central location but the owners refusal to deal with the issues until the next

It was fantastic and great location. A few suggestions: each room could use a place to put the luggage instead of the floor; hooks on the door to hang items and an ironing board for the house. A wonderful stay.

The location overall was great. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, restaurants, and highway access. The house itself fit our large family. It was clean, beds were comfortable. The only thing I wish the house did have was a mop, or we couldn’t locate it. With little kids we had some spills on the floor, it would have been nice to have a mop to clean up. Overall, recommend!

This charming property was so incredibly beautiful! The neighborhood was quiet, boasting historic charm at every turn. It was close to a grocery store or two and the highway was very accessible. The hosts were incredible and so friendly and accommodating. When we visit the area again, we will definitely revisit this property.
