Shooks Run Park runs right up to the door with playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, and trails that will take you up/down the front range or due west into Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Park, Pikes Peak and far beyond. Fort Carson, Peterson-Schriever Space Garrison, and USAFA are all within a short drive. This home truly is in the heart of Colorado Springs!
