The guy at the front desk seems like he hates his job; he's unfriendly and surly. That's our first introduction. The room has no shampoo/conditioner, the towels are rough and old, the sheets were either stained or dirty, the breakfast is ok. I don't think we will ever stay here again. It seems like it would take very little effort to make this an adequate hotel. Get new sheets when they get stained, get rid of the horribly dilapidated chair and just be friendlier overall.

My wife and I enjoyed our weekend stay. The hotel is in the process of upgrading the rooms and while the furniture was dated and the bathrooms were not upgraded yet, the property is moving in the right direction. The staff was helpful and accommodated our request for a desired room location. Excellent location in walking distance to the beach and local food spots. We would stay here again.
