We had 7 adults stay very comfortably! The place was very clean, and walking distance to a few grocery stores. Our host was very helpful and answered all of our questions!

This home is very well stocked with kitchen tools, laundry, etc. Is in a great location in Cologne to explore. We walked to a grocery store and a nearby bier garten. We loved Cologne and this was a great base for us. Beware that the owner entered the wrong address in VRBO so we ended up 1 km away looking in the wrong place for the unit. It wasn't until I talked to owner on the phone that we found it. He was very helpful and even drove us the last way to the property... recommend to verify the address.

Amazing place to stay

The home is very clean, very well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and very welcoming. The host clearly takes pride in this home. He is responsive to all messages. It is a 6 minute train ride from the city center. I highly recommend staying here.

Das Wochenende war super!Am Wochenanfang wurde schon nachgefragt, wie die Zimmer aufgeteilt werden sollen (wegen Betten beziehen) und wann wir ungefähr ankommen.Als wir da waren, haben wir eine tolle Wegbeschreibung incl. S-Bahn Anbindung erhalten. Wir wurden dann sogar am Bahnhof in Empfang genommen, damit wir die Unterkunft problemlos finden.Auch vor Ort war alles klasse.Die Küche bot viel mehr, als was wir brauchten!!!Die Schlafzimmer waren vorbereitet und es lagen ausreichend Handtücher bereit.Die Bäder hatten alles, was man braucht.Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte zudem noch einen Fernseher. Am Abreisetag fand nach Absprache wieder ein sehr freundliches Treffen statt und die Unterkunft haben wir nach einem kleinen Plausch entspannt verlassen.Sollten wir irgendwann erneut nach Köln kommen, würden wir diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen!

Saubere Unterkunft, voll ausgestattete Küche.Wichtig zu wissen: die steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist ggf. nichts für Personen, die mit dem Gehen Schwierigkeiten haben - allerdings gibt es im Erdgeschoss Bad, Küche, Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer- somit ist die Treppe nicht zwingend erforderlich. Das Haus befindet sich direkt an der Bahnstrecke, durch die Lärmschutzwand ist es allerdings in der Tat kaum störend.0

Eine sehr geräumige Wohnung mit einem sehr schönen Garten und gemütlicher überdachten Terrasse. Die Ausstattung der Küche hat uns positiv überrascht.Zwei Dinge die man wissen sollte, die Bahn ist sehr nah und die Treppe zu zwei der insgesamt drei Schlafzimmern ziemlich steil. Für gesunde Personen wahrscheinlich kein Problem, wer da eingeschränkt ist, nimmt besser das untere Zimmer.Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation völlig problemlos.Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende und können es nur empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Gut eingerichtet, sauber. Gestört hat uns alle nur eine Sache, und zwar, da das Haus direkt neben den Bahnschienen liegt und hat es alle 5 Minuten vibriert, wenn die Züge vorbeigefahren sind. Auf FeWo-Direkt war das Haus woanders angepinnt. Der Gastgeber ist ein netter Kontakt und hat uns bei Ankunft direkt alles gezeigt.

Toller Gastgeber, wenige Abstriche bei der Modernität des Hauses

Vorweg zu sagen, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Haus ist nicht auf dem allerneuesten Stand, das macht der Vermieter, die Möglichkeiten (recht zentrale Lage) und die Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen und ein paar tolle Tage zu verleben. Auf jeden Fall wieder wett. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für ein paar Tage Auszeit so braucht. Nur der fehlende Tiefkühlschrank, war jetzt im Sommer, für das eine oder andere Eis, nicht ganz optimal. Wir fanden alles in allem wirklich toll und wie eingangs schon erwähnt, kommen wir gerne wieder. Ein herzliches Dank noch mal an den Gastgeber. Er reagierte sofort und war auch darum bemüht, dass wir uns wohl fühlen können.

Toll !

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Die Nachbarschaft ist total ruhig und von den angrenzenden Bahnschienen haben wir überhaupt keine Störung empfunden. Der Vermieter ist total freundlich und wir konnten sogar mehrere Stunden früher einchecken.Die öffentliche Verkehranbindung war für uns vollkommen zufriedenstellend. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch und dann 3 Haltestellen mit der S-Bahn, dann waren wir auch schon am Kölner HBF.Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Haus selbst liegt zwar gegenüber der Schienen und man hört die Züge, allerdings hat uns das nicht interessiert. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es blieb kein Wunsch offen.Was auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist, ist der große Garten hinter der Terrasse. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt sehr gut.
