Sehr nette Vermieter

Sehr sauber und angenehm. Betten sehr bequem. Wir waren im Winter da, da war es leider etwas zugig in der Wohnung. Wir haben leider nicht herausgefunden, woran das lag und ob man etwas dagegen tun kann. Trotzdem schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren mit 4 Personen und Hund für drei Tage dort. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und sehr freundlicher Empfang. Leider muß ich FeWo-Direkt eine nicht so gute Kommunikation bescheinigen, beispielsweise mußte man die Kontaktdaten des Vermieters wirklich suchen - da wäre Verbesserung vonnöten. In der FeWo war wirklich alles, was man braucht, wer da meckert, der heißt mit zweitem Vornamen "Erbsenzähler". Alles TipTop sauber, genüged Handtücher im Bad - wirklich perfekt. Wir sind uns einig, wir würden alle vier jederzeit wieder hier anmieten.

Zur Übernachtung gut geeignet

Objekt an der Hauptstrasse gelegen und dadurch sehr laut. Die Fenster sind in einem schlechten Zustand und die Balkonaussicht auf einen Hinterhof eines Getränkemarktes durch Stacheldraht gesichert. Der Frühstückstisch in der Küche für 6 Personen zu klein und die Wohnung bei gutem Wetter sehr, sehr warm! Die Bilder der Wohnung geben diesen Eindruck nicht wieder!!! Zur reinen Übernachtungsmöglichkeit ist die Wohnung aber durchaus gut geeignet.

Schöner Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen und entspannten Urlaub in Bergisch Gladbach. Die Wohnung war groß genug für fünf Personen, sauber, technisch in einem soliden Zustand (die Fenster waren etwas älter und in der Bedienung anfangs gewöhnungsbedürftig). Die Einrichtung, Zubehör, Küchengeräte und Ausstattung allgemein waren völlig ausreichend und da wir tagsüber sowieso immer in Köln unterwegs waren und diese selten benutzten, konnten wir uns nicht im Geringsten darüber beschweren. Das einzig negative (falls man es so hart bezeichnen kann) waren lediglich zwei Dinge: Zum einen war der Tisch auf dem Balkon sehr locker und einsturzgefährdet, da mehrere Befestigungsschrauben an den Tischbeinen gefehlt hatten. Aber deswegen konnte man ihn trotzdem zum Frühstück oder einfach abends zum Getränke abstellen benutzen. Man musste nur vorsichtig sein, dass man sich nicht aus Versehen so ungünstig an dem Tisch stößt, dass dieser zusammenbricht. Ist aber nie passiert und somit war alles gut. Zum anderen ist der allgemeine Lautstärkepegel anzumerken, da das Haus direkt an einer Straße lag. Das wussten wir zwar vorher schon, aber zu unserer Überraschung war diese Strecke doch ziemlich viel befahren. Deswegen kann das schon mal zu einem ungewollten Wachwerden führen, wenn morgens um 7 Uhr die ersten LKWs "vorbeidonnern". Aber nachts war es weitestgehend ruhig, sodass wir schlafen konnten. Wie bereits angedeutet, würden wir diese zwei Fakten nicht als negativ betrachten, sondern eher als leicht störend, da es uns letztendlich nicht den Urlaub vermiest hat oder dergleichen. Aber erwähnenswert finden wir es trotzdem, da solche Dinge für die nächsten Urlauber als Entscheidungshilfe dienen bzw. entscheidend sein könnten. Zusammenfassend lässt sich aber nur sagen, dass unser Urlaub dort sehr schön war. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Unsere Wünsche (gute Anbindung nach Köln und nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Bergisch Gladbach) wurden erfüllt und Vermieter Herr Ageng ist sehr freundlich, nett und jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar, falls es Probleme oder Anliegen gibt. In diesem Sinne hoffen wir, zukünftigen Besuchern dieser Ferienwohnung mit unserer Bewertung behilflich zu sein und bedanken uns für einen schönen Urlaub in Bergisch Gladbach.
