Terrible and unfriendly

Finger weg! We booked for one night with family, traveling from Germany. We tried to call twice to book a table for the dinner but no answer. When we arrived the owner said to us: sorry my bad, the hotel is fully booked and we have no rooms but we rebooked you (15min distance, totally different kind of accommodation). When I asked why they didn’t pick up my calls or called back they said”we can’t call foreign numbers”. Cheapest excuse ever!not even and invitation to stay for dinner. I travel almost 70% of time but I never had such a bad experience in the last time. Never ever. Avoid as much as you can!
