Our room was very clean and fresh and the common areas are well maintained. Great location and a small cafe on site. In our experience many Mexican hotels struggle to provide showers with sufficient water pressure, hot enough water, and getting the water from the boiler to the shower in under five minutes - this hotel is no different. This shower issue is the only reason I didn't award five stars, but I would go back and I recommend it.

Nunca más me volveré a quedar en ese hotel. Los empleados son groseros muy mal servicio. Las toallas que se supone son blancas están amarillas cómo si limpiaran el piso con ellas. Me dijeron que el cuarto se entregaba a las 12 pm y a las 11:45am ya nos habían cancelado la llave del cuarto la puerta ya no abria para sacar nuestras cosas. Fue una experiencia horrible
