Cleo Home, a recently renovated apartment on two levels, accommodates up to 4 guests. On the main floor, you’ll find a comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine, plus a covered terrace—perfect for meals or relaxing moments. Upstairs, a practical mezzanine with a second bedroom completes the home.



The location is ideal: just steps from the picturesque Via dei Ciacc, a great starting point for hiking or cycling to Piona Bay and Colico’s center. Private parking, a cellar for extra convenience, and free Wi-Fi are available. The property is non-smoking.

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage und schöner Umgebung

Pros: Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen am Comer See verbracht. Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment liegt nicht ganz im Zentrum. Man erreicht den See aber gemütlich zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Zum Apartment gehört noch ein Kellerraum zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern und ein PKW Stellplatz auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Cons: Bei Temperaturen von über 30 Grad wurde es im oberen Schlafzimmer sehr warm. Hier schaffte aber ein Ventilator Abhilfe. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, so dass man auch hin und wieder die Mitbewohner hört. Außerdem liegt das Haus direkt gegenüber einer Bahnlinie, so dass man gelegentlich vorbeifahrende Züge hören kann. Dies hat uns aber nicht gestört.
