Welcome to The Coles Bay Studio. This centrally located, warm and well-appointed 1 bedroom studio apartment is within 500 meters walking distance of Coles Bay's several beaches, local shops, cafes, bakery & restaurants. The Coles Bay Studio is only 5 minutes drive to the world renowned Freycinet National Park & Wineglass Bay. The National Park is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, including pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters and rugged granite mountains.
The Coles Bay Studio is private and backs onto a stunning bush reserve and is drenched with all day sun. The property has a large private balcony to relax on where you can enjoy the regions local wine and produce. The studio is located at the top of the property, home owners or other guests may be occupying the adjoining unit during your stay however, the two units, are very much private of each other.
The unit is fully self contained with a beautiful open plan living room that is cosy and warm for those romantic getaways.
This beautiful studio unit offers the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some reading. We offer a “swap library” so you can bring a book to swap with one of ours!
A 5 minute walk in either direction will take you to beautiful beaches and spectacular views of the Coles Bay township and waterfront esplanade where you will find fantastic coffee, breakfast, lunch & dinner options.
There is a washing machine and dryer in a common shared area that can be used also.
A 10 minute drive will take you to the start of the walk to Wineglass Bay located in the world famous Freycinet National Park which is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, including pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, granite mountains, and diverse wildlife.

Coles Bay Studio
We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. However, the room got very hot and the fan was not enough to cool it down. Also, the bathroom could definitely do with an upgrade. The plastic cistern was deteriorating and quite smelly.Despite this, we had a great time in a great location.
