The Blue House ~ perfect for nature enthusiasts!

The Blue House is located right on the waterfront. You can stroll along the edge of the water and take in the stunning views. It is safe for families & children to swim and run around. Great fishing spots along the waterline. There are fantastic views, watch some of the most spectacular sunsets while relaxing on the deck, having a BBQ, eating local oysters with perhaps a glass of locally produced wine.

The interior is modern and fully self-contained. There are games for the kids.
The Blue House has 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom has water views.
Extra guests can be accommodated by prior arrangements.
A cot and high chair can also be supplied.
The boat ramp is only 50 meters away for boat enthusiasts.
The kitchen is fully self-contained.
This a great house for families, couples & friends.
Perfect for jet skis, kayaks, stand up paddleboards, and surfboards. Although small, in the right conditions there can be a nice little beach break right out front, which is quite good for beginner surf riders.
Recreational Crayfish season opens in November, why not bring back your catch and cook on the BBQ.

We are delighted to host you and your beloved pet at our pet-friendly property. You are welcome to bring your furry friend, upon request and an extra fee arranged prior to your arrival. Please note that our premises may not be entirely fenced. We kindly ask our guests to be vigilant in looking after their dogs and ensuring they remain within the boundaries of the property. Hi, We enjoyed our stay. The Blue House was clean, and everything worked. It's a great location for hiking in the Freycinet National Park. Check-in and out was easy. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip.

A beautiful stay
Wonderful all round. Gorgeous vistas, quiet, clean. Great position from which to explore Freycinet NP. There is no dishwasher, but thankfully we got to have meals with family who were also holidaying a few doors down and they had a dishwasher. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Lovely spot, great with our dog
This is a lovely spot, could kayak from the garden, dog loved the fenced yard, great view from deck and nice and quiet. Short drive to Freycinet Marine Farm (fantastic for a seafood lunch) and into Coles Bay. Property backs onto Moulting lagoon and is a 5 minute walk to a nice ocean beach. Only reason for lower rating on cleanliness was cigarette smoke smell but I gather this was a once off problem as it is a nonsmoking property. We are likely to return, as otherwise was great. Three stars only for communication. Managed by an agency not directly with owner and they were hard to contact, did not reply to message left on first day of our stay when we wanted to discuss the smoke issue and slow with returning calls and answering emails generally. All ok in the end but was a bit inconvenient.
