The staff was very friendly and helpful! Everything was clean and I appreciated the large bottles of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The only issue I had was there seemed to be a strange chemical smell coming from the mattress and that made it a little uncomfortable for sleeping.

Had an absolutely wonderful visit over the holidays, visiting with family. Staff was incredibly friendly. Spotless room. Great pool and hot tub area. Small gym but had everything you needed. Also, the complimentary breakfast was incredible! Sausages, bacon, hash browns, baked beans, pancake machine, and more every day! We truly loved our visit and would love to stay again in the future.

Exceptional Stay at Holiday Inn Cold Lake! Our experience at Holiday Inn Cold Lake was absolutely fantastic! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The beds were cozy, and we appreciated the little touches like the clean linens, good lighting, and quiet environment. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh options, and the dining area was well-kept and inviting. We also loved the pool and fitness facilities — everything was clean and well-maintained. Overall, this hotel truly stands out for its outstanding service, comfort, and value. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cold Lake — we’ll definitely be staying here again!
