Kitchen includes fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric oven and cooktop. There is a shared external laundry with both washer and dryer facilities. The property has Wi-Fi for your remote working holiday or to keep you connected during your stay. There is an outdoor shower for when you return from your beach adventures! Great location!! Easy walk to beach, cafes, club, pub, cinema. Everything we needed for a 5 night stay was provided. Apartment is slightly dated but clean, good size, good inclusions, at a good price point and I think I already said it, great location!!

Sawtell holiday
The unit is great for two people. It was clean and everything you need is provided. The location is superb. Two steps from the main beach and the Main Street, a back street that is mostly quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
One criticism. If there is an emergency and something needs to be fixed immediately, there is no number to call. If there is one, it should be clearly listed with all the other instructions in the unit. We had an issue we wanted to report and had a hard time finding someone who knew what to do about it. Pretty sure we were talking to a call centre. They noted the issue but nothing came of it. We ended up telling a cleaner when we were leaving.
