We are located less than 5 miles from downtown, about 15 miles from silver wood theme park, and a quick drive to so many of the amazing lakes, hiking spots, and all the other recreational activities this beautiful place has to offer! We have a ton of great suggestions for nearby food and drinks that we would love to share. There is a nice walking/biking path near our house, as well as a dog park/pickleball court/basketball court/childrens playground. We have multiple off road parking spaces, 1 indoor garage parking space for a compact car, and our neighbors in the cul de sac are friendly but mostly keep to themselves. We have a great little backyard with a small patio, patio table and chairs, a fire ring, and a charcoal grill. We also offer 2 10ft paddle boards and a 2-person inflatable kayak (additional fee) in the summer months to provide all the lake fun you need! Our place is great for groups and families, sleeps up to 6, and you’ll have all the essentials and amenities! Brand new memory foam mattresses with adjustable base beds, personal AC units in each room so everyone can pick their own temp, 58” smart TV, an adorable kitchen complete with an air fryer, waffle iron, dishwasher, blender, coffee pot and more! Each of the 3 rooms has a closet with space for your luggage/ clothing and we provide a washer and dryer with all the essentials for laundry.
