I stayed in the main building, beautiful lobby, room was comfortable and clean. Location was great right within town but a bit away from the busiest area which is nice. Also convenient to grocery store and other stores right across the street. Staff was nice. No breakfast but they did have a coffee bar - coffee was not great but I thought it was nice to have it available. Room was very nice, decorated nicely, good toiletries and clean. I will say that my room was a flight up, there’s no elevator and carrying bags up could be an issue for some. All in all very satisfied with this stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They have an excellent coffee bar and the rooms are clean and well kept. The only upgrade which I would ask is for them to add a power strip on the desk/table. It is very awkward to try and charge equipment or phones. I gave 5 stars as I was able to make a work around.

Room was clean hotel front desk was terrible

Apparently, the front office doesn't communicate with the cleaning staff after going and saying are room was ready. We walked in there. It wasn't even touched by the cleaning people. And they said about 15 minutes went down to the front desk and asked her again when it's going to be ready. And she said, 15 minutes, 45 minutes later, with no communications. The room was done service sucks. In business communication goes a long way and apparently the front desk and the cleaning people have zero

The front desk person was very helpful and kind even though we arrived late He explained how to turn on the shower nicely. Clean. We loved the way each queen bed was divided by a partial wall and there were two tvs.

We LOVED this hotel. It's on the outskirts of town so it was quiet. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very relaxing. A continental breakfast would make it 5 stars.

I was disappointed. The beds were very uncomfortable….way too soft. There were coffee spills on the counter top and around the bathroom sink. Two of our clean towels had long black hairs in them (neither of us have black hair). No paper or pens to take a note. Very low water pressure in the shower. The lobby was nice with good coffee choices, and the rooms were cute. I won’t be back.

Property is older and is in need of serious upgrades. No elevator. Front doors do not open automatically to bring in luggage. No grab bars in bathroom. Luggage carts are like the flat rolling carts at Home Depot. Bed was comfortable and room was relatively clean. Overall, not a great experience.

The room was very clean. They must have a great cleaning crew. The chair in our room was broken from someone in the past. No elevator which wasn’t a problem for me. The bed was ok but some things are in need of replacing.
