Room wasn’t ready for check in at 5:00pm. Once checked in an hour later, I had to fix the toilet (wouldn’t stop running), jacuzzi tub cold water handle didn’t work, so had to fill the tub with HOT water and cool it down with the shower head. Other than that the room was nice and it was quiet.

Clean, comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee in lobby was nice. Only drawback was that hotel was on busy street and traffic noise was loud.

The look from the outside was rough in fact thought of cancelling and losing my money. But the room was newly remodeled and very clean. The lobby could use some updating.
