Great vacation Excellent location close to space center and phenomenal fishing with local flats guide. House had everything we needed for our family of 4 to have a great short vacation.

The home is very conveniently located. Next to the water but close enough to the stores for those last-minute grocery runs. The home was very clean and very well stocked with everything needed to enjoy our week. Communication with the owner was very simple and every request was taken care of right away. We were so excited because we got to see a rocket launch from NASA while we were there. Perfect viewing seat from the dock. I would definitely stay here again if available.

Great at communicating with me. Every thing we needed was there. Absolutely amazing view and the home was clean and well put together. I can't find one thing to complain about. Highly recommend.

Very accommodating. Location is perfect. Beautiful home. Plenty to do while staying there. Riding bikes, fishing off dock, swimming in pool, watching dolphins from your front porch.Plenty of room for a family of six. Loved that beach was within a 15 min drive. Kennedy Space Center within 30 min.

Great place!

House was beautiful, well eqipped and very clean. Check in and check out very easy. Cannot say enough about how great the host is, communication was excellent, quick response with any questions. Beautiful view on the Indian River, loved watching the dolphins.

Great Property

Indian River was a great property for our family which included my husband and I our daughter and son-in-law and their 4 kids. The home was very spacious, clean and and provided all of the necessities and the kitchen has everything you need. The home has a great dock and is perfect for watching rocket launches. The pool was a little cool but the kids enjoyed swimming a couple of days.

This house is very nice. The view from the porch is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures don't do it justice. We spent every day in the pool and on the dock. The family really enjoyed the space. There was a tv in every room. The kids loved that. There were tons of towels, which is different from many homes we've stayed in. The only negatives I have are the kitchen doesn't have a blender or mixer. We like to have frozen drinks and bake. Also, I thought one of the bedrooms was supposed to be a queen but both rooms were doubles. Otherwise, we loved the home!

Beautiful home

The pictures don’t do justice the actual beauty of this home! The size, cleanliness and views are unbelievable. The home offers everything you may need or think of besides the clothes on your back. Think you need a fan in your bedroom, no worries because every bedroom has a ceiling fan and also a tower fan. Beach, fishing, outdoor gear already in the garage waiting for you. Our family can’t wait to plan our next trip and this home will be the first we look at for availability.

A great stay on the river

Everything was as pictured in the listing. Entry was very easy with the door keypad. The home was extra clean and tidy, the view from the front porch and dock was great, and we even got to see a SpaceX launch! Multiple mornings we got to see the dolphins playing in the river very close to the dock. The little welcome basket in the kitchen was super nice, even including doggy waste bags for us to use. Our tiny 5lb dog was very happy sitting on the porch with us, cuddling in a blanket on the couch, or just running around the house and long hallway with his toys. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again!

Wonderful location for viewing wildlife and cooler breezes

This was indeed a tranquil waterfront retreat! Every day we would see dolphins, brown rays, fish, etc. And on occasion, a sea turtle and manatees. Beautiful sunrises and you can easily watch any rocket launches from the dock. Always a nice cooling breeze sitting out front even when it was blazing in the sun! Lovely spacious home, big kitchen and plenty of eating space. Heather was extremely responsive to any questions or needs, going above and beyond. While you do need a car to get to groceries or the beach, we felt this was way better than staying in Cocoa Beach or Merritt Island (esp with the pool, there's no need!). The neighborhood was nice and the road was quiet for the most part (so easy to take walks) in between meetings. We never got tired of the view - sad to leave!

Good, not the best, not exactly as expected

Pros:-beautiful sunrises-peaceful dock/yard/outside-spacious home-well-appointed with spices, towels, games-fun game room/pool table-TV in every room if TV is your thing-convenient location -had fun in the pool and relaxing/reading-fishing equipment/chairs provided were great-thoughtful snack basket providedCons:-pool desperately needs a brush scrub by hand on all inside surfaces. Mildew covers all walls, tiles, and surfaces in the pool (it is older but it can be scrubbed clean). Inside the pool there was a plant growing in between 2 tiles. -two pool loungers (white) unusable due to lack of cleanliness and need to toss all broken, moldy, and/or tattered pool items/floats-toilets are old, seats are stained and need to be replaced -master toilet makes a very loud noise after flushing (we nicknamed it the singing toilet)-bedroom with blue comforter- guests did not sleep well all week due to it being uncomfortable -icemaker was loud and barely made ice-rocks covering entire river shore of property made it unsafe for our group to attempt to launch kayaks/paddleboard which was a huge bummer. Overall for this price point, there were too many misses. It was not as modern as expected based on the photos. For less cost per night, most of the cons would have been overlooked but for 585 per night including fees it was disappointing. We had a great time but would not consider returning.
