Perfect stay !I rented this spot last minute. The original place I booked cancelled on me the day before the trip, and I am so glad they did!The view was absolutely amazing from the porch and living room and bedroom. The kitchen was equipped with everything I could have needed, and more. The closet had some stuff for the beach too like chairs and some kids stuff. The host was super helpful and answered my questions kindly and promptly.I will definitely come back again ! Thanks for helping make my trip wonderful !

Having 1st floor access to pool & beach was wonderful! You could hear the waves & see the sunrise. Having the end unit was great because it was very private- no one walking past or making alot of noise. I would definitely rent that particular unit again because of all the above.The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that the kitchen was not stocked as well as it could have been. I like to do alot of cooking & was suprised that it didnt even have staples like salt & pepper or much baking equipment. We had arrived late & hadnt had time to do shopping before we got there & were a bit taken aback that we had to get thoseOn the plus side there were plenty of towels & beach equipment & we enjoyed it thoroughly. Beds were comfortable. Living room was set up so you coukd see the ocean view

Property manager Cathy was awesome. Very responsive. Had black mold in the tub area of guest room. Had to scrub before using. Also black feet the first night there. Location is great, close to everything. Nice pool. Right on the beach for walking and fishing.

Great place to stay for holidays with family

Excellent communication with manager, took care of issue quickly. Great location to see space launches. Wonderful heated pool. Full kitchen with dishes and cookware, although mis-matched, enough to fit our needs. Furniture well-used, but comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
