Satisfactory, but overall needs an upgrade. The carpet is mildewed, leaving an odor throughout, the hallway faucet is corroded and barely attached, and the living room curtain rod is pulled halfway off the wall.

The room was clean. It has a nice view of the ocean with a short walk to the beach. They also supplied you with adequate supplies for doing laundry or using the dshwasher, and even had things you could use in the pool. It was good experience and management seemed very friendly and willing to accommodate with any needs that we had. My only complaint, was we had 5 adults staying here so all beds were being used. One the mattresses on the twin bed was very uncomfortable. Therefore, I think you should considering replacing it, iit may be okay for a small child but not for an adult. Overall this was still great place to stay so I would recommend it.

Beautiful condo and location!

We loved our stay at this condo. The home itself is clean and comfortable, the decor is perfect for the beach. We had a hiccup with the internet the night we arrived (due to the provider having serviced the building earlier) and the guest contact listed was SO helpful and sweet - we got connected in no time and they were great! There are chairs and umbrellas for the beach and we loved walking at sunset. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. We'd love to come back next time we're in the area!

Great Thanksgiving vacation spot

Great location steps from the beach. Pool was heated and clean. No fancy amenities but nice for a low key vacation with family. Condo had everything we needed for the week. Location is close to supermarket and other basic necessities. Beach was clean and calm this time of year. Would return!

Beach condo didn’t disappoint

Great location. Sweet ocean view from the balcony. We loved our stay here. Easy access to beach and lots of things nearby to walk or drive. The condo was a little old or dated but you can tell the owner wants you to enjoy your time here - it had all the things we needed to cook, Beach items for everyone to use and even books to read to make leisure time better. I am happy I made this choice and - the size of condo was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 adult children.

Noise pollution

We were not notified that one of the units in the condo was being totally gutted for remodeling. The unit was very close to us and we were constantly subjected to jackhammer noise from 9:00 to 5:00. We could not sit on the balcony or by the poolside because of the intensity of the constant hammering. Had we know about the remodeling, we would have booked elsewhere. We had a 3 night/2day vacation and the jackhammering continued for both days.

Beach Paradise

If you are looking for a beach vacation then you have found a great location in Spanish Main, we have stayed at the complex a few times and love it. Condo is spacious, clean and exactly as advertised. We are looking forward to returning.

Roomy and clean

We had a wonderful weekend away for our sons birthday! The condo was fully equipped and clean. We really enjoyed the amount of room we had for 4 adults and 2 children. The staff that we encountered were super nice and helpful! We will be back, for sure!

So spacious!

We absolutely loved this property! Having the ocean view and the quick walk to the beach was amazing. Having the pool steps away was also a huge perk for our family with little kids. The bedrooms and living space were spacious and worked so well for our family. We would definitely stay at this property again!

1st time in Cocoa Beach

My family and I had spent a week in Orlando and wanted to extend our vacation and relax on a Beach. We usually go to the Gulf Side of Florida, and we wanted something different. The condo was well kept and perfect for relaxation! The beds were comfy and the bathrooms clean. There was also a closet FILLED with beach toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, etc.. The pool was very well kept and the neighbors were very friendly . We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful

The condo was perfect for our family. The only complaint was there was no parking pass for the property and was told to just put the condo number on a piece of paper and put in car window and the condo people were not happy about it. Other than that we had a wonderful time and loved the condo

Nice apartment,but needs an update.Quiet community close to the beach.I called the manager to know about the parking passes and I leaved a message but in 3 days never received answers.

Nice location!

Located perfectly within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The condo was perfect for two small families to come together and enjoy a little beach time.
