Hosts Peter & Katie were great & made us feel really welcome. Breakfast was lovely and sufficient portion sizes. Our room was clean & comfortable with a hillside view. Would recommend this lovely B & B.

Delightful stay, highly recommended.
What a delightful stay. Very comfortable room in a quiet and beautiful location. We could not have asked for better hosts than Pete & Katie, who were very welcoming. Delicious fully cooked breakfast and parking included. Excellent value and highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay
We had a fantastic 2 night stay here. The couple who own it are lovely and very friendly. The room was a good size, clean, bright & airy and we had a beautiful view looking out towards the mountains. Breakfast was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for this couple.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at this property and we could not fault anything, the views from the property are amazing and Pete and Katie are the most welcoming hosts offering lovely clean rooms with a great selection of drinks in the room and a great breakfast each day. Friendly hosts, delicious breakfast, lovely stay
We had a lovely stay, Pete and Katie were very friendly and the house is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed and in the mornings we enjoyed delicious breakfasts with a beautiful view. We chose to stay at Link House as we were going to the Lakes Distillery and it is easily walkable from the guest house. It’s a little too far away from Keswick or cockermouth to walk into town for dinner but if you don’t want to drive there is the x5 bus which we used to go to Keswick and it stops right outside the guesthouse.
