Our colonial style cottage offers you everything you need for a perfect getaway. With tongue and groove paneling, slate floors, two bedrooms, a functioning kitchen and an outdoor entertaining area, including a pool and spa. Lindara cottage is located on acreage with chooks, a vegie patch and situated 1km within the historic Murray River, with stunning romantic sunsets over the paddocks and surrounds.

Access to down stairs- 2 bedrooms with Queens size beds, functioning kitchen kitchen,open lounge and dinning area, bathroom, laundry and own toilet. Entertainment area, pool and spa. Front yard and carport.

Other things to note
Lindara is situation on 12.9 acres sharing the land is Murray River Puppies Pty Ltd. Murray River Puppies is a Victorian Government Minister approved dog breeding establishment. The office is attached to the east end of the home and is used by the company during Business Hours as well as their car park. Kennels cannot be accessed by quests unless approved by host. Barking may be heard.
