Great hotel, great location

Excellent place to stay, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful guiding us with a map, marking all the main sites to see in this beautiful city. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of items.

The staff was very welcoming and went out of their way to make sure you were good. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is good and walkable to the main area and restaurants. The only thing I don't recommend is their pizza they serve at the bar. They have pizza 24/7, and we order it for dinner because we’re too tired to go out and it was served ice cold. It seemed like it was a frozen pizza and they put it in the microwave for not long enough. So it didn’t taste good at all. Other than that everything else was good!

Great hotel, lumpy bed

The hotels location was great, and the staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The room was great, spotless and lovely but the bed was so old, creaky and lumpy, reminded me of my old bed in a uni houseshare, it was awful. Breakfast was great and apart from the bed , it was fantastic there
