AC was not turned on

It met our need. Updates can be used. The biggest issue was that the air was turned off as we entered the room. With the oppressive heat it made the room feel like a sauna. We turned the AC Unit on and set it to its lowest setting then drove around for about 40 minutes to get the room bearable. When we returned the room was comfortable and we had a good night sleep.

Excellent. Don’t pass up. I usually stay at more expensive hotels for comfort and cleanliness. No need to spend more in this area if all you want is a simple clean room with excellent amenities.

It was comfortable and clean. Great mattresses! HOWEVER, when checking in, I was told we had a room on the second floor of the motel. At that point I asked the associate if it would be possible to give us a first floor room. He looked at something and said no he did not have anything available. That was approximately at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. We return to the motel around 9 PM. There were two cars in the parking area at the motel on the side where we were. We checked the other side of the motel. There were two cars on the other side. How was it that there was not a room available for us on the first floor when there was no one else staying at that motel???
