First stay was better…

Not the first time I’ve stayed here, and the last time was much better. Little things…had to jiggle the outer door handle to lock room from inside, no working lock on bathroom door, shower took a while to get hot, plastic cup for water was crumpled. Bigger things…tv did not work, pool was closed (which did not matter to me in this trip, and was posted for other guests). I didn’t ask about the tv until checkout. Apparently it was a hotel-wide issue. Other guests were loud at weird times (4:00 am). In the plus side, workers were amazing from check-in to breakfast to check-out. Breakfast had good variety of hot and cold foods and drinks. Room was clean except for sticky spot on desk that happened to get on some papers of mine.

Nice relaxing overnight

Other than the bed being a bit firm for me, this overnight was great. I got to check in early, staff was friendly and courteous, room was clean and ready. I especially loved the long hot shower I got to take! Not much noise to distract my sleep. Thanks!

I have never been treated like a celebrity the way I was at this hotel. I had a few packages being delivered for an evening meeting. Each staff member was aware and the manager was waiting for them! As soon as one was delivered, I was told it arrived and they even offered to bring to my room. The second delivery was supposed to be sent elsewhere (we were told). After leaving, an employee called me to say it was just delivered! I gave my credit card over the phone and they shipped the items back to me the same day. Again, I felt like a Kardashian. Highly recommend this hotel.

We needed a hotel in Clinton and were happy we went with this property. The rooms were clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were very attentive. Breakfast included grab-and-go choices (fruit, muffins, breakfast bars, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, etc.) as well as several dine-in options (biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, etc.). We noticed the pool was closed but that didn't matter to us. The one negative was that the room TV did not have the option to connect to our streaming services, so when we wanted to watch something in the evenings we had to choose from the channels available. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of if that's important to you. The view out our window was of a shopping plaza but the blackout curtains were so good that we couldn't tell when the sun had come up! Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely return to this location again.
