I rented a room for my sister for a few nights because she didn't have heat in her house and the temperature in the teens for a few nights. She said the rooms were adequate, some ere better than others. It is an old hotel so dont expect anything fancy. Typical continental breakfast. The water temperature in one room was lukewarm at best and in another the mini fridge leaked. The one thing that bothered me was that the last time she stayed they said they didnt get enough money from hotels.com and charged her an extra 13 dollars a night to stay. She went ahead and paid it because she didnt have anywhere else to go. But still seemed like a bait and switch to me. I'm not sure if i will use them again or not because of that.

Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, and quiet. Definitely decent for the price! The only thing was we kept being told the pool would be open during our stay but it never was which really bummed us out a little.

The lights didn't work, moved rooms. Lights still didn't work, no light bulbs. After fixed the internet wouldn't work. I was denied a refund because it was after 3pm when I checked in.

It was clean and met our needs. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was pretty good. Our room had been renovated but parts of the hotel seem a little run down. I would definitely recommend it.

Room was very dirty, had to wipe the room down with Lysol wipes. Blow dryer didn’t work. Microwave wouldn’t turn on, hot tub was broke, jets didn’t work. Didn’t get clean towels even after asking twice. TV kept saying no network, didn’t work one full afternoon out of our stay. Fruit at “breakfast” was brown and rotten.

Door wouldn’t close; no elevator; photocopy of drivers license at check in, curtain broken, light switch didn’t work because lamps electric socket doesn’t work, bathroom was dirty - floor at checkin. Breakfast is very low quality. Price was too much for little value, room 105. It’s below grade.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The shower had black stuff in it. The towels were thread bare. It smelled. I would’ve left if we had somewhere else to stay.

Was made to wait at the front desk on arrival, so she could go check a room. Came back said sorry, the room you reserved is no available, the heat is working, will you accept another type of room. Sure. Got key, went to that room, there was used bandages in the trash, bathroom was not clean, window did not close or lock, and heat was also not working. Returned to front desk to express my concerns and request a different room. Got sent to the second floor. That room, had no working main light, had to use a flashlight on my phone, and only one light by bed would turn on. the door to the room had a broken deadbolt lock and would not work. Returned to front desk, wanting a refund, not given, left property. Reported the issue to Expedia, they tried for 2 days to get a refund and manager refuses. WORST experience ever. Gross place, terrible people, terrible service, and not backed up by Expedia. I will not use this booking service again, and I would not recommend this property to anyone!

The hotel was very dated and in rough shape. The bed linens were old and worn out. Outlet covers were missing and some fixtures were missing light bulbs and weren’t plugged in.
