My kids loved the heated pools and my wife loved the view but the staff were so unpolite. We bought pizza from out side resturants and my toddler demanded while we were at the hotel's beach small restaurant but the manager ask us to leave since no outside food allowed by the beach. Very very unhuman. It was cold day and i wrapped my baby in towel but we had to leave. Its only about money, no humanity, no understanding, and no respect for hotel guests.
