This picture-perfect home sits on a little over an acre and is a great escape to mountain air and blue skies! Delight yourself with unbelievable views of the mountains while being in a nice and secluded community. This retreat has been freshly painted throughout with newer carpeting and countertops in the kitchen.

Element Lodge is all about outdoor entertainment. Gather together in the spacious covered deck area to relax and unwind after an eventful day. Younger guests will be delighted by the swings, treehouse, and slide located in the backyard. This home also boasts a convenient gas grill for warm-weather barbecues, so grillers better pack your accessories!

Inside, this darling home boasts a spacious and sunny open floor plan. The sunken living room offers an inviting sectional and a smart TV with cable for indoor entertainment. Prepare memorable meals for the gang in the well-appointed kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher included) and you can later enjoy the feast at the adjoining dining table. The entire space is warmed up by a wood stove. Down the hall, there are more than a dozen entertaining, family-friendly board games! Channel your competitive side and challenge your friends to a fun game! This level also hosts a well-equipped laundry room off of the kitchen, a half bathroom, and a spacious main suite with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Upstairs, guests will find three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The second bedroom boasts a comfortable bed, a smart TV, and a little gem that is a telescope. The third bedroom is perfect for the kiddos with two bunk beds and another smart TV. The fourth bedroom hosts a cozy bed.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
