Nice home!

The hot tub and game room was fun for our adult group of friends. The house had plenty of space and would be fun to bring kids too. They are set for all ages! The only issue we had was the gate code did not work. Customer service answered the call, but I never heard a resolution. Gate is open during the day.

First week in April

The Residence was excellent! Great game room, hot tub, kitchen were top notch. And the open floor plan downstairs was really great. Beds were soft and comfortable. Wishing that with larger parties staying in the home, who cook all meals together, that consideration would have been given for additional laundry soap, dishwasher soap, and toilet paper. It was unfortunate the second dishwasher was out of order during our stay. Property management team was excellent. Would stay here again.

Perfect stay

Our group of friends loved this house. The hot tub, the back patio, the amazing game room, the nearby walking paths--we enjoyed all of it! It's nicely decorated and has everything you need. The hosts were also easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Annual Friends Reunion a Success!

The house worked very well for old friends of five couples to play, eat, relax, chill in the hot tub, explore the trails, go to the spa, and take a short drive to rafting, cafes, and restaurants.

Gorgeous home, great location, peaceful

We loved this home for our family vacation! 3 couples, 2 children under 12. There was PLENTY of space for the kids to sleep - 2 bunk rooms and an adjoining bathroom, plus a common space with enough room for more bunks, a TV, and room to play! That was just the “kids’ wing!” Plenty of privacy for all couples, 5 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen with the Bentley of stoves and microwaves, and a great big gorgeous table to eat at and play tabletop games! What a treat! Location was scenic and peaceful, with bike and walking trails right outside the back yard. It is situated in Suncadia near the Nelson Farm pool. Unfortunately, since we were merely guests and not members of Suncadia, we were not allowed to use the community pools (gave 4 stars for the accuracy of listing because this was not clear until after we’d booked). We still had a great time in the massive hot tub at the house though! The property managers were very responsive and very helpful with all our requests and needs. Very kind as well! Will definitely keep them in mind for our next vacation. If I could give more than 5 stars for everything, I would!!

Amazing!!!

The house is simply amazing! Super clean, new and beautifully decorated! All the high end appliances you would possibly need are available. The communication with the property manager was fast and efficient. We had a large group of 14 people (kids included) and we all felt comfortable. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Friends weekend away

We had a lovely stay and it definitely was a Luxury Mountain Modern Getaway. The management team made sure we had no trouble with our check-in, and they were able to give us an early check-in. When we had a problem with the garbage disposal, the team was very responsive in providing us with solutions. The home/property was clean, and the home is gorgeous. Our one surprise was there were no top sheets on the beds in the bunk area. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful!

We had a great time at this property in Suncadia! The house had everything we needed. We didn’t even feel like we had to go anywhere. There’s a fun park and Nelson’s farm within walking distance. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great winter getaway

This home is a fantastic place to enjoy time with family and in great comfort. Three large bedrooms with en suite. A great bunk room for kids. And a wonderful recreation room. The home is well appointed and in a great location. We will come here again!

Amazing Place!

We could not have imagined a better place to spend family time. Choices for all ages of cousins - the game room was a big hit. The layout was spacious and allowed everyone to have their own space. Everything we needed was on hand. It was perfect. We hope to go again.

Beautiful House, Great Area, A+ Amenities

We stayed with our best friends and kids. It was three families with four small kids. The house was beautiful and spacious. We all fit with tons of room to spare. The kitchen was fully stocked making it easy to cook meals at home. There was also a kids area with tons of toys and safe play areas. The property managers were helpful, prompt, and communicative but we had zero issues while we were there. Tip for those staying here - when you need the microwave push the on/off button twice and select Microwave on the screen.

Amazing stay!

We loved everything about our stay. There are a few things that could assist in the planning and tidiness of our stay. With it snowing heavily and kiddos a mop would be helpful! The shovel left on the front porch is metal and has sharp edges cutting the hands of 3 adults while shoveling. In the listing it would be helpful if some of the kitchen appliances (crockpot, instapot, griddle) were listed. Also listing the child friendly dinnerware and high chair. We did also find a few bait traps that should be mentioned especially when traveling with small children. Curtains or blinds on bedroom and bathroom windows especially those directly in front of the beds should be installed. This is not meant to be a rant as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will plan to again in the future. Some of the things listed should be mentioned to prevent over packing as we did. Also,with it being cold season we pulled our comforters off of the beds. Thank you! Melissa and Ohana
