House location is great and overall is a nice property. ROAM management responded quickly via text but issues were never resolved and thats why I am giving it 3 stars. I wound't rent here again unless the issues below were fully resolved.1. Oven didn’t work and wasn’t fixed when reported.2. Bottom oven door was broken, wouldn’t close and no remedy was provided.3. All propane tanks were empty on arrival and were not refilled when reported to management.4. Living room couches are quite worn (dips in the cushions) .5. Limited towels and wash cloths.6. Fireplace didn’t work.

Awesome Stay

This is a wonderful home! Super clean, and the host is very attentive to all your needs. Don't hesitate to reserve it for your family trip! The kitchen is outfitted with just about every pot, pan, dish, bakeware and utensils that you could imagine. There are some spices in the cupboard, some foil, ziplock bags, a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig. There is plenty of space for everyone, we loved the open area of the kitchen, dining room and living room. Having use of the garage was super nice. Watching the golfers was fun, and the deer in the yard was a nice extra.
