Welcome to Serenity on 13 — a luxury golf resort retreat located along the 13th hole of the award-winning Prospector Golf Course in Suncadia. Designed for both relaxation and connection, the home features warm natural light, open living spaces, and seamless indoor–outdoor flow.

Each ensuite bedroom has private deck or patio access — giving every guest personal space to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The outdoor living area overlooks the fairway and is ideal for morning coffee, long conversations, and evenings beneath the stars.

Relax in the large outdoor hot tub, or retreat to the private in-home spa featuring a sauna, steam shower, and jetted soaking tub. An on-site EV charger provides added convenience for travelers.

Suncadia offers year-round experiences including golf, hiking, biking, winery visits, and spa relaxation. In winter, the resort transforms for snowmobiling, ice skating, and nearby skiing, making this a true four-season destination. Elk and deer often wander across the fairway, enhancing the calm natural atmosphere.

The house is amazing! Everything was immaculate, including a beautiful Christmas tree. We saw a ton of deer, that kept us entertained. We had over a foot of snow, that was plowed of the driveway right away.The host was in contact, making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing residence with modern conveniences. The location on the golf course and in Suncadia were outstanding! Couldn't have asked for a better host with the incredible assistant and communication to ensure our trip was flawless. The spa room was spectacular and really set this property above the rest! I highly recommend Serenity on 13 for couples, families or romantic getaways.

We truly had the best time at this house! The hosts were extremely hospitable and responsive. The property itself was perfect for our group. We had the most relaxing time. The home was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and had the best layout with the 3 families we traveled with! Would definitely stay here again.
