Check-in was quick and easy. Nice gentleman at the front desk. My room was very clean and smelled nice. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I had a great night’s sleep. Reasonable rate. Quite pleased!

Dirty rooms long stay guest’s barbecue in the parking lot in front of the rooms til all hours of the night. Property manager carol is a nightmare to deal with.

Sorry you had a problem. We did stop the guests from cooking near rooms.

Had staff take stuff out of my room and then deny they did. Carol the lady that works up front is extremely rude. She had her boyfriend or meth friend named Andy threaten to beat me up or if I step foot in Clayton again he will see that it’s my last. Rooms were dirty cleaned half ways.

Who allows smoking in their rooms? Apparently this hotel does and somehow i mistakenly reserved a smoking room. It was not what i wanted and it was supposed to have a king bed and the room i got had two full size beds. The room was gross. The led light in the bathroom was wired into an open junction box, the shower head was about 5 feet above the floor, the carpet was stained, it had burn holes in it and the curtains wouldnt close completely. The room overlooked the main intersection in town and we had to hear trucks all night, the lady at the desk wouldnt change us to a non smoking room or the king room. Stay any place else!

As you remember, you made your reservation for a smoking room. It came to us with those instructions. The motel was booked full so I had no choice but to put you in the room requested. i also told you no when you asked me to move you to someone elses room who was not checked in yet non-smoking. I would not do that for you or anyone else at the expense of another guest. The motel has one smoking king room that was already occupied so I had no choice but to put you in the room you chose. Im sorry you were unhappy.

We love this place!! Whenever we come home from the mts we always stop here❤️ There is an amazing lady on the front desk who is awesome 👍👍🥰. She truly is an asset to this property...Very knowledgeable very sweet...Si enjoyed the big market next to here as we picked up Amal’s for home . Thanks for a great rm was perfect👍
