The holiday home is located in the beautiful town of Schulenberg in the Upper Harz, with a view of the Okertalsperre.
Our house can accommodate up to six people.
The following rooms are available on the ground floor.

Entrance area with cloakroom, living room with fireplace and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen and guest toilet.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a shower toilet.
Outside there are two terraces with garden furniture and a carport as a parking space.
There is a sand / play box for the 'little' guests.

Haus ist sehe schön

Alles sehr toll gelaufen und mit virl freundlikeit.Es hieß hunde freundlich aber das Grundstück ist nicht komplett eingezäunt so das wir unseren hund immer anleinen mussten. Im Haus ist zuviel deko-oft ist weniger mehr aber das ist geschmacksache.

Charmerende familiehus i bjerlandsby

Meget renligt, hyggeligt indrettet med nips og et særdeles veludstyret køkken. Rart med to toiletter, rummelige håndvaske og et brusebad. Fin terrasse med aftensol. Total støjfri landsby. Indkøbsmulighed 7-8 km væk. Fire af sengene var gode. Den sidste dobbeltseng meget blød. Masser af klædeskabsplads. Mange seværdigheder indenfor en times køretid. Alle steder rimelige priser.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in dem sehr sauberen und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war wirklich top, es war von der Filtertüte über ausreichend Geschirr und viele Kochutensilien bis hin zu einem extrem gut ausgerüsteten Putzmittelschrank alles vorhanden. Die etwas weichere Matratze im Kinderzimmer hat das Kind nicht gestört und in unserem Schlafzimmer ließ es sich sehr gut schlafen! Da es aber auch immer was zu verbessern gibt, hätten wir noch Vorschläge: eine Hakenleiste im Flur zusätzlich z. Schrank wäre besonders für Skisachen gut, "dunklere" Rollos für die Dachfenster wären schön und ein Schürhaken für den Ofen. Super war, dass Kaminholz, Papier und Anzünder in ausreichendem Maß schon direkt im Wohnzimmer standen :-) Uns hat es super gefallen und wir würden gern wiederkommen!

Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet. In der Küche sind alle notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden. Für unseren Geschmack etwas iel Deko, aber iele werden es lieben. Die Matratzen könnten aus unserer Sicht getauscht werden.

Schönes Haus im Oberharz

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage im Oberharz, für die die Wohnung ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt war. Bad Harzburg, Golsar, Braunlage quasi direkt vor der Haustür und auch Torfhaus und Brocken sind nah. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön und hat fast alles was man braucht. Kein W-Lan ist aber ein kleines Manko, v.a. da wir auch nur schlechten Handyempfang hatten (Telekom-Netz). Die Matratzen sind auch nicht mehr die neuesten, aber sonst war alles tip top in Ordnung: alles da, schön eingerichtet, sehr geräumig.

In einer Seitenstraße gelegenes Ferienhaus mit tollem Charme. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend und zum Teil neuwertig. Besonders der Ofen im Wohnzimmer lädt zu gemütlichen Stunden ein.

Schöner Urlaub, Haus ruhig gelegen, gut eingerichtet.

Schöne 4 Tage in einem schönen, sehr ruhig gelegenem Ferienhaus - die HarzCard für 4 Tage hat sich gelohnt, wir haben viel gesehen. Der "Kümmerer" fürs Ferienhaus war auch sehr nett und aufgeschlossen und hatte noch den ein oder anderen Tipp zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist liebevoll mit viel Deko eingerichtet, eine Mischung aus alten und neuen Möbeln, sehr gemütlich. In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht, prima ist auch, dass es zwei Badezimmer im Haus gibt. Auch in den Schlafzimmern fehlte es an nichts, schade nur, dass die Matratzen durchgelegen sind - aber: es gibt Matratzenschoner! Das habe ich bisher noch in keinem Ferienhaus gesehen. Toll auch, dass es auf der Terasse einen super-Schwenk-Grill gibt! Anregungen: Bewegungsmelder (Licht) auf der Terasse, Schaufel und Feger für den Kaminofen (haben wir leider nirgendwo finden können), auch kein Anzündholz, der Ordner mit den Broschüren müsste mal ausgemistet werden, viele sind doppelt oder sehr alt (2011), WLAN und mansche Kleinigkeiten erneuern/reparieren wie die losen Verblendungen der Türgriffe in der Diele und im unteren Bad. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Herzlichen Dank!

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit liebevoll eingerichteten Details

Wir waren das erste mal im Harz im Urlaub. Und mal abgesehen von der Gegend waren wir sehr zufrieden und glücklich mit unserer Unterkunft bei Fam. Zimmermann . Außer vielleicht eine Badewanne ( aber das muss ja nicht sein ) gab es nix zu bemängeln . Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder zu Ihnen . Vielen Dank Familie Weber
