Oh my goodness!! What a great choice this rental was!! You know those vacation spots that you would like to live in? This was one of them! The owners thought of everything plus!! ( great coffee supplies- so thoughtful!.) Really comfortable furniture, very clear instructions, and a super communicative owner! Gracious and understanding- so appreciative of his help navigating the process of staying at his rental. Will definitely try to book next trip to Clarksville.

This was our second stay, the condo is perfect for four guests. It’s comfortable and walkable to APSU. The hosts are communicative and responsive. I plan to return for future visits while my daughter is at APSU.Oh, and the building has a small, private dog park so your four legged kids can stretch their legs safely.

Condo has a very convenient quiet location with the River Walk and downtown restaurants nearby and parking in front of its door. It was very clean with a like new modern decor. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, and spices. The bed was comfortable. Altogether a great experience.

The location was great, just a short drive to the downtown area, walkable to APSU and only about a 5-8 minute walk to a cute little brewery/distillery.The place was really nice. Clean and quite with a nice kitchen.
