Very clean and comfy beds. Quite dated appearance from outside and inside but perfectly acceptable for a two night stay. Fab restaurant in hotel and very tasty buffet breakfast

Dated, hair on shower curtain, toilet ran, only 2 large towels , no hook for towels to dry on, toilet seat loose and needed repair, paper coffee cups upright, not wrapped with items in them, tub drain made loud noise, maybe air in the pipes, public areas could be cleaner… desk staff and breakfast staff very courteous and shopping across the street convenient.

What makes this place great are the people that work there. The front desk with Ian, pleasant, funny, efficient...and the Hotel Handyman; Raymond, so polite and helpful with our every request. And of course Sharlene our breakfast morning host with a glowing smile and kind words every morning to start our day. You don't stay there for the 'view'..as it's basically a large old mall and a huge dollarstore across the road..you stay there for the food, the room and the wonderful people that make your stay memorable. The price was very reasonable too!. Thanks to Ray, Ian, Sharlene and the others we had the pleasure to meet there. A bit of a corny hotel name with 60's vibe 'Sinbad' including a giant sword posted outside... but we loved it.

Very clean, friendly staff. Super comfortable beds. Lots of towels ( very few complimentary shower items ). Close to alot of amenities. Amazing breakfast buffet. Will definitely be staying there again.

Not much to do or eat it Gander. The memorial to the 1985 Air Arrow crash is very nice. The hotel had a nice little breakfast.
