The staff were so very friendly and immediate attention. I thought the fish and chips in the evening had no flavor. Very bland. I thought the bathroom floor could be cleaner. Dirt in corners and pillows a little more fluffier.

Lovely stay.

Exceptionally friendly staff, nothing was too much bother and done with a smile. Nice bright room, lovely and warm. The pool is a little small and a little cold. Leisure centre could do with a bit of TLC. Lovely surrounding area and only a short drive to Galway city and Salthill. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.
