Private: well-kept terraced garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Motor access to 300 m from the house. 300 m steep footpath to the house. Public parking 300 m on the road. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 2 km. Un havre de paix
Nous cherchions un endroit au calme et au frais, nous fûmes servis. La maison est fonctionnelle idéale pour 4. Certes la déco est défraîchie mais l'endroit est tellement charmant et ce petit coin de bout du monde est appaisant. Départs de randonnées pas très loin à 10 mn en voiture, à recommander pour des marcheurs. Lac et vie balnéaire à 40 mn de voiture. je précise 20 mn de montée en voiture sur route en lacet, rien de méchant mais vertige et conduite craintive s'abstenir car pas d'autres routes ! Propriétaires charmants.

Ein kleines Paradies im Valtellina
Bei herrlichem Sommerwetter verbrachten wir in dieser bezaubernden Umgebung und dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus eine Woche, die ideal zum Erholen und Regenerieren war! Durch die leichte Brise, war die Wärme immer erträglich. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass wir das Haus ganz für uns alleine hatten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!! Danke, Gabriele!!!
