Welcome to this fantastic holiday home in Civitanova Marche, just a short walk from the sandy beach on the Adriatic Sea. This stylish, modern home is part of a two-family house and offers you everything you need for a successful holiday in Italy. The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a light-flooded living room, an open-plan kitchen and a dining area that is ideal for shared meals. On the first floor, you have direct access to a spacious terrace.



The spacious garden with old olive trees and a colourful play area for children invites you to linger. Relax on one of the loungers by the pool, which is equipped with a hydromassage corner and a counter-current system. Enjoy pure wellness in the relaxation area with whirlpool, sauna and hammam. For culinary highlights, there is a barbecue area where you can enjoy cosy al fresco dining.

    Beautiful property

    This property is a hidden gem in Civitanova Marche. The amenities at the property are amazing (hot tub, steam bath, sauna, etc). The living space is beautifully appointed and the kitchen is well stocked. Most amazing is the host! She is incredibly friendly and accommodating. She left us with delicious food and even picked us up from our drop off location. REALLY WONDERFUL experience!

    Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie mit insgesamt 8 Personen im Haus. Dieses ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und hat sich immer sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Wir wurden mit einem Obstkorb und gut befüllten Kühlschrank begrüßt. Auch Holz für den Pizzaofen wurde geliefert. Alles perfekt.
