Desk staff was great, did not interact with other staff. Pool area was ok, about as expected for a budget hotel but I've seen better. Continental Breakfest was sad. Didnt bother our second morning. May as well not have one. The room (131) was ok. It was clean, housekeeping did a good job prepping it. The bed was comfortable. The couch sagged in the middle but was otherwise ok if old. Other furnishings were in good repair. The thermostat on the AC unit didnt work right. Had it set to 70, came back to a refrigerator. The TV while having 3 HDMI ports and being a roku TV was bound to the cable box on HDMI 2 with no way to change it. Ended up unplugging the cable box to plug in my laptop. The bathroom was small. Hit my head several times on the shower curtain rod which is mounted two low. The vanity is to small, plan on storing your gear under it not on it. Finally the water tasted funny and got worse when chilled. Overall had a good stay but we where out of the hotel most of the time. If we had used it as a stay in vacation spot, I would have been disappointed.

Staff was very pleasant and understanding. I booked a room with 3 beds and didn’t check to make sure the property was handicap accessible. The staff made sure I got a room on the 1st floor with an adjoining room for my traveling companions.

The night manager was awesome and apologized when housekeeping did not come to our room. He offered a clean set of towels on the spot. He wrote down our room number to address this with staff. However, this didn't do any good. In the 3 nights we were there housekeeping did not enter our room to change towels or empty trash at all.

Everything was nice here. Hot tub was a little green but that might have been the tile in the tub. Clean, friendly staff. Great breakfast!! Would stay here again.

Nothing unique. The rooms need to be remodeled. They do not have coffee out for early rise workers. they will not open breakfast until 6 am. people that work early has to go down to the gas stations for coffee and breakfast.
