Typical old village house in the historic centre of Cipressa, renovated while retaining its typical character. Guests have at their disposal a beautiful courtyard with a small, fully fenced private garden and a furnished terrace with a magnificent view of the sea. Free public parking is available just 150 metres from the house. Cipressa is a small village on the first hill, just a few minutes' drive from the sea. It is ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday, away from the chaos but close to everything. There are two restaurants and pizzerias, bars, a mini-market, newsagent and tobacconist, as well as a chemist and hairdresser. The nearest beaches are just 3 km away. An excellent base for mountain biking and nature walks with sea views. On the coast, the wonderful cycle path linking Imperia to Sanremo awaits you.
